My brother Sandy (dare I say the fastest flash animator in the world? I would be interested to see a contest that is for sure) started a drawing blog recently. The idea is a drawing a day, however it seems hockey and holiday drinking must be kicking in as a few days are missing recently.

Btw, the family and I have moved to San Diego recently, which is a really nice place (understatement), however instead of hockey you get bowl games on TV. Which only reminds me Sandy organizes the 'cereal bowl' every year, a winner take all hockey tournament in Miami (uhh, Manitoba that is) with 11 boxes of sugar enhanced cereal up for grabs. It is amazing to see how year after year, people will skate until they barf and then lie down in front pucks for that stuff (in spite of no pads allowed) . I guess there is a process that turns it into some form of whiskey, or maybe it is just the carbs, not sure. Anyway, I missed it this year for the first time in a while, so I hope it sucked for once, but it probably didn't.
You also may want to check out his latest CharacterPaks - these basically are animation assets organized in such a way that you can get very good results in very short order. This is the sum and distillation of the around ten years of joy (and grief) animating in flash, so it is probably worth a look just for the techniques you'll see in there. To quote from the site, "this is quite possibly the greatest collection of artwork outside of the Louvre". And I'm pretty sure the Pieta is in Rome somewhere, man think of that.

(and I have no idea what wtf stands for in that url)
......oh wait, a podcast? this is new. This from the guy who refused to hear the details about wiki's bacuase that name was too stupid (ok maybe that was valid). An animated flash podcast no less (just watching now, seems to use characterPaks, must have taken him at least 6 minutes):
