We are fleshing out a javascript documentation format that allows not just good doc generation, but good tooling as well (in the Aptanat IDE or otherwhere). Of course due to the variety of uses and styles, the dynamic nature, and even the many flavours of JS out there, this does require a lot of heads to hammer out a spec that works.

Like the IDE itself, this process is very much community driven. Please check it out (scriptdoc.org) if you get a chance, and see if it would fit your needs. And of course there is a fourm there where you can join in the process by simply joining : ).
