Ok, posting this mostly so I don't forget again... If anyone has a better way I'm all ears (and writing a utility or even a bat file doesn't count!). So if you have a large file directory and you want the text name and extension of every file (like when #including files in actionscript), do this:


1) Select the files
2) Right click, Send To > Mail Recipient
3) your new message has a nice list of files in it, yay!

The message looks like this:

The message is ready to be sent with the following file or link attachments:

Level.abstract
Main.as
OptionsScreen.as
Pause.as
Score.as
Screen.abstract
Student.as
Utils.as
WaitState.enum
 etc....

Of course, don't send the message - esp don't send it to me!!
