I am trying to buy Flex 3, from the self proclaimed world leaders in rich internet experiences, and I can't get their form to work. I used to live in California, now I've moved back to Manitoba, so I need to change USA to Canada. And that doesn't seem to be an option anywhere on the site, nor in the store. Tried the Canadian site too. The issue is my credit card address is Canada, so it won't work without that change (can't pick a province from the drop down without changing the country I assume. So lame.
This is so typical of technology these days, moving processes to software, and then writing crappy code. I have a phone that works like this and you can't even answer it 10% of the time... and it is very hard to make out what the person on the other end is saying when it works. Hey developers, maybe the next fashion bandwagon we jump on should be BIGETS -- Broken Isn't Good Enough To Ship. What a revolution that would be.
